Login / Registration

Click on the Training catalogue link to access the login screen and the training catalogue.

Use the training catalogue button to navigate to the overview of our training offer and click on the desired training. You do NOT need to register for this. As soon as you have selected a training course, the login/registration screen will open. Once you have completed registration, you will automatically be taken to the shopping basket and can complete the purchase of the training course.

The user ID: EXT (here are your personal digits) is your login name and is generated automatically when the account is created.

If a supplier number is available, we can allocate your order directly to the company.

Please create your profile in English (login mask for registration).

Trainings

Navigate to your desired training course and click on Request all course units. There you will find all upcoming dates and can register using the Register now button.

We offer our training programme in various formats:

  • e-Learnings to impart basic knowledge, which you can complete at your own time and learning pace.
  • Live Online Trainings or Classroom trainings: These are trainings with trainers (course instructors) online or on-site.
  • Blended Learning formats consist of upstream e-learning and subsequent live online or classroom training.

Please check the language setting within the library. If you have selected English as the language, only English-language training courses will be displayed.

You can get an overview of course units that are available soon via the calendar view of the training catalogue.

Yes You can interrupt your e-Learning at any time. The e-Learning can be continued from where you left off.

Feedback and certificates

On the start page of the booking portal, under Completed training courses, you will find an overview of your qualifications and can download your confirmation of participation there.

In order to continuously optimize our trainings, we need your feedback. After completing a training course, a corresponding survey will automatically appear on your learning plan. You will be informed about the survey by e-mail. Training feedback is requested directly after completion of the training course.

To do this, go to the Completed trainings tile and search for the desired training course in your learning history. Move your mouse pointer over the title of the training course to be checked so that the following window appears: Within this window, click on Review content. You can now call up the entire online content of the course again and check it, but no longer edit it. Please note that in some cases this function may not be available.

Cancellation

Once you have registered for a training course, you have the option of canceling it. Our terms and conditions of participation and cancellation apply here. Navigate to your learning plan on the start page of the booking portal, search for the training course and click on the arrow to the right of REGISTERED in the drop-down field to open further options and select CANCEL.
