Systems Engineering according to SAE ARP4754B

Teaching the basics and correlations for beginners and advanced users

With the publication of SAE ARP4754B, or equivalent EUROCAE ED-79B, in 2023, aviation system designers will have a comprehensive guide to the process steps required to take aviation projects from the concept phase through to certification.

The processes described in ARP4754B/ ED-79A occupy a central position compared to those in ED12C/DO-178C, ED80/DO-254, ED-124/DO-297 and SAE ARP4761A. Furthermore, the seminar shows that the systems engineering principles and processes of ARP4754A/ ED-79B are generally valid and can also be transferred and applied to other branches of industry.

In this seminar, the process steps and interrelationships are explained clearly and with the help of examples, and the necessary knowledge for successful and economical implementation and realization of the processes is imparted. The training is supplemented by an exercise and space for open discussion.
