After this course, you will have an overview of the topic, understand the basics of holistic CM and what they are useful for in the working world. You will learn about the various CM disciplines with their individual characteristics and how to apply them. The knowledge imparted will enable you to recognize the correct CM context in various operational situations and to identify the necessary measure(s).
